Every year, the Great Rann of Kutch becomes very colourful in the winter season from November to February. A special tent city is set up on the white salt desert. Tourists enjoy camel rides and watch folk dances, music concerts, and cultural programs. There are many stalls of beautiful Kutchi handicrafts. People also listen to folk songs and storytelling. This festival shows the rich culture and heritage of Kutch, and tourists from India and abroad come to visit.
